Terms and Conditions: Hyper-Local Referral Program
- Eligibility: The Hyper-Local Referral Program (“Program”) is open to all active subscribers of our services (“Client”). To participate in the Program, the Client must have a valid and active subscription.
- Referral Rewards: For every three (3) successful referrals made by the Client, they will receive a FREE subscription to one (1) county of their choice (“Reward”). A successful referral is defined as a new subscriber who has signed up and maintains an active subscription with us.
- Reward Duration: The Reward will be applicable to the Client’s next and ongoing subscription fees for one (1) county, as long as at least three (3) of their referrals remain active subscribers. If the number of active referrals drops below three (3), the Reward will be discontinued, and the Client will be billed for their subscription fees as per the standard rates.
- Reward Limitations: The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of credit. The Reward can only be applied to one (1) county per Client and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- Referral Tracking: Clients are responsible for providing accurate referral information, including the full name and email address of the referred individuals. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the referrals and to disqualify any referrals that are deemed to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes to the Program, Clients will be notified via email or through updates on our website.
- Liability: We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay arising from or in connection with the Program or the provision of the Reward.
