If you decide in the future that you’d like your domain name to point to the website we build for you, we do offer one free domain name redirect.
Yes, you can use your existing domain for the new website that Valorous Circle is building for you. To facilitate this process, you will need to provide access to the account where your domain’s DNS (Domain Name Servers) is managed. Please note that the domain registrar is the company from where you purchased your domain, while the DNS records can be hosted at the same domain registrar or any third-party service. We will be more than happy to provide you with detailed instructions to assist you with this.
No, there’s no need to update the website link/button on your Google Business Profile to the new keyword-rich domain if you’re discontinuing your previous site and having us point your old domain to the new site we built. You can simply let it remain as is.
Yes, you can certainly add more pages to your website. However, please note that this is considered an add-on service, and it comes with an additional cost. For a detailed estimate, we recommend reaching out to your client success associate who will provide you with all the necessary information.
To request website revisions or report any issues with your website, simply click on the “Submit a Support Request” link. We understand that personal preferences can vary, and our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with the website we create for your company, you have several options:
- Keep Your Current Website: You can choose to keep your current website located at your existing domain name. We will take the new website we create live with a keyword-rich domain name, allowing you to maintain both websites simultaneously.
- Post-Launch Updates: If there are specific changes or updates you’d like to make to your website after it goes live, you can easily request them through our support desk. Our team is here to assist you in tailoring the website to your preferences.
- Cancellation: While we strive to deliver websites that align with your vision, we understand that circumstances may change. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. If you decide to cancel within the first six months, please note that there will be a retroactive charge of the setup fee.

Website Support Questions
Effective Feb. 15, 2023, Valorous Circle will only provide website support to websites enrolled in one of our website maintenance plans.
You can send us your web support request via email at [email protected], open a ticket through our Support Portal, or call our support team at 616-929-0790.
Once you have submitted your ticket online by emailing [email protected], you should receive an automated response letting you know we’ve received it. After that, it is our goal to respond to you within four (4) business hours to let you know the status of your ticket or next steps.
We work diligently to complete your support requests as quickly as possible although the exact time depends on the complexity of your support request. We can provide you with an approximate completion time when providing you with a quote for your support request.
All web support requests are quoted based on the complexity and amount of time it will take us to complete the tasks you’ve requested.
You are free to add more tasks to a support request. Any additions to your original request will likely increase your cost — our support team will formulate an estimate of additional costs and expected timeline to complete your additional request.
