How to React When Clients Leave Bad Reviews
Have you ever received a bad review from a client? Even when you thought you’d done a great job? Sometimes these things happen and we have to be prepared when they do. In this video, you’ll learn why we encourage you to embrace bad reviews. You’re going, “What? Embrace bad reviews? You’ve got to be kidding!” Not at all. You have the opportunity to correct, or at least make up for, any wrongdoing you may have done to your client. In addition, you may find a place for improvement in your processes moving forward.
If you receive a bad review, DON’T panic. We are all human and mistakes happen. Take the time to talk to the frustrated client and do your best to embrace what they have to say. Check out part two of our series too!
