Effective Feb. 15, 2023, Valorous Circle will only provide website support to websites enrolled in one of our website maintenance plans.
All membership subscriptions for our all inclusive $999 package are automatically enrolled of the maintenance plan.
As part of your membership subscription package, support requests for updates to existing content on your website are included at no extra cost. If you need to have additional pages added to your website beyond what’s included in the package, we’d be more than happy to provide you with a quote for those specific additions.
Our goal is to ensure that you have the support and services you need to make the most out of your membership. If you have any specific requests or questions about website updates or additional features, please feel free to contact us, and our team will assist you accordingly.
Once you have submitted your ticket online by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, you should receive an automated response letting you know we’ve received it. After that, it is our goal to respond to you within four (4) business hours to let you know the status of your ticket or next steps.
We work diligently to complete your support requests as quickly as possible although the exact time depends on the complexity of your support request. We can provide you with an approximate completion time when providing you with a quote for your support request.
All web support requests are quoted based on the complexity and amount of time it will take us to complete the tasks you’ve requested.
You are free to add more tasks to a support request. Any additions to your original request will likely increase your cost — our Support team will formulate an estimate of additional costs and expected timeline to complete your additional request.

Payment for all support requests is expected before services are rendered. If you would like to be on payment terms, please call us to request a credit application.
