Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant with strong English fluency to support our Sales team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and should be able to follow directions and tutorials. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role by managing Valorous Circle’s social media posting, as well as assisting our Sales team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation and Sales Support:
    • Assist in the development of AI-generated sales materials, such as presentations, blog posts, and product descriptions.
    • Edit and proofread sales documents for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
    • Update and enhance sales collaterial using platforms like WordPress, ensuring alignment with sales goals and branding.
    • Optimize and upload product images and sales graphics for web and social media use.
  2. Social Media and Digital Marketing:
    • Manage and execute social media stategies to enhance sales outreach.
    • Create and post engaging content on various social media platforms to drive sales and customer engagement.
  3. Sales Data Management and KPI Tracking:
    • Monitor and track sales-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    • Compile and organize sales data for analysis and reporting.
    • Assist in the creation of sales reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
  4. Communication and Client Relations:
    • Handle email correspondence related to sales activities and client inquiries.
    • Facilitate effective communication between sales team members and external partners or clients.
    • Coordinate and follow up on sales-related meetings and discussions.
  5. Administrative and Organizational Support

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
    • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
    • Experience posting social media to multiple social media platforms.
  2. Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
    • Ability to follow directions to use AI application tools.
    • Experience with AI-generation tools to create written and image content a plus
    • Experience with design software like Canva a plus.
    • Having a good design eye.
  3. Communication Skills:
    • Excellent fluency with English written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to follow written, verbal and video-based instructions with accuracy.
    • Ability to interact professionally with team members and external contacts.
  4. Organizational Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  5. Initiative:
    • Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

Note: This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be expected to work independently and manage their tasks efficiently under direction/supervision of the Sales Manager. The position will require recurring remote meetings and presence in a remote office software system.
